See how long each lead has waited

The pipeline flags every open lead with how many days it has waited for a first call or a booked estimate visit, so the office can see which enquiries are going cold. Open leads are also pinned on a map, with call and text one tap from the pin, so you can see where the work is clustering.

The speed-to-lead report measures how quickly leads are first contacted and reach an estimate, and how the chance of winning the job changes with that response time. It turns "we should call back faster" into a number for your own company.

Know which marketing actually produces jobs

Every lead records its source (Meta, Google, organic, referral, walk-in or other) and how it came in. Enter your monthly ad spend and the marketing report follows each month's leads through to work orders, showing cost per lead, cost per job and return on ad spend by source. The areas report does the same by town.

Clicks and form fills are not the measure. Paid jobs are.

Where the leads come from

Arb Astra manages leads; it does not generate them. If you want more of them, Arb Astra is built by Ads Astra Labs, a marketing agency that works only with tree service companies, running Google Ads, Facebook ads and SEO for them. Leads from those campaigns can be pushed straight into Arb Astra through its API. Neither requires the other.
