Prices in CAD, before tax. Annual plans are paid upfront; the C$1,000 implementation is waived on any annual plan. A free month starts the day you first log in, not the day the account is made. Online card payments, texting, QuickBooks Online sync and drive-time routing are switching on now and are included in every plan when they do.
Questions
Why not charge per user?
Because your crew should be in the app: clocking in, doing the tailboard, reading the work order. A fee per login is a reason to share passwords. Plans step up with the size of the company instead.
What happens to my data from my current system?
We move it for you: customers, properties, quotes, jobs and invoices, then check the counts with you before you switch.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Paying for the year upfront costs less and includes the setup.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes, any day, without asking anyone. Settings has a download for your customer list as a spreadsheet and a full backup of every customer, quote, job, invoice, payment, timesheet and form. Your records are yours.
Are quote follow-ups and payment reminders an upgrade?
No. Automatic quote follow-ups, payment reminders and review requests are on every plan, on the days you choose.
