The estimator describes the job the way they would to the customer: who it is for, the address, the trees and the work, and the prices. Arb Astra pulls the customer, the property, the services, the scope and the line items out of that one spoken description and fills in the estimate.

Nothing is sent on the strength of the transcription alone. The estimator reviews every line and corrects anything before the customer sees it.

Line items, sections and photos

Estimates are built from line items that can be grouped into sections, with reusable service templates for the work you quote every week. Photos from the site attach to the estimate, and the estimator can draw and label on them, so the customer can see exactly which tree and which limbs the price refers to.

Presented on your paper, not ours

The customer sees your company's logo and name. Your terms of service and contract go with the quote, and the customer signs them together, on the estimator's screen or from a link sent by email. A signed copy goes back to them automatically.

Once it is signed, the estimate converts into a job with one step, with no re-typing of the scope.

Works where the signal does not

Rural driveways and back yards often have no service. An estimate built offline is saved on the device and queued. When the signal comes back, it is created, countersigned, signed and sent in the right order.
