A tree removal quote template you can fill in and print
Type straight into the template below, then print it or save it as a PDF. It covers the things customers ask about after the fact: what happens to the wood, how low the stump goes, and what is not included.
What a good tree removal quote says
Most arguments after a removal are about things the quote never mentioned: whether the wood stays or goes, how deep the stump is ground, who fixes the ruts in the lawn. Saying what is included and what is not, in plain words, settles those before the crew arrives. Keep the price lines separate too, so a customer who balks at the total can drop the haul-away rather than the job.
The same quote, without the typing
In Arb Astra you talk through the job on site and the quote fills itself in: the work, the lines and the prices. Your side is signed before it goes, the customer signs on their phone, and you are told when they open it and when they sign.
Questions
Can I save it as a PDF?
Yes. Press Print or save as PDF and choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. Only the quote prints; the rest of the page is left out.
Is anything I type sent anywhere?
No. The template runs in your browser and nothing you type leaves this page.
Should I list stump grinding separately?
Usually, yes. Plenty of customers want the tree down and the stump left, and a separate line lets them choose without you re-quoting.
